• All of our orders are lovingly wrapped in tissue and in a small colourful gift box.

• Yes you can write a message, I would love to be the bearer of good news! I will hand write a note and place it in the giftbox - just enter your message in the ‘order note’ box at checkout.

Each product comes with a care label with advised washing instructions.

• As a small (tiny!) brand, I’m just getting started and due to cost, I had to start off with a limited size offering. As Somewhere Never grows I would love to extend my offering and also move into standard bra sizes. I’ll keep you posted via the newsletter (please sign up here if you haven’t already!) and via Somewhere Never’s social media channels.

At present, I launch seasonal collections with very limited numbers, so products might go out of stock.

If a collection is particularly successful then I will look at repeating it or at least repeat it in a different colourway!

Please sign up to the re-stock email notifications on the product pages, so that you can be notified if your size comes back into stock.

• I (Felicity) design all the lingerie and embroideries. I started off by sewing all the garments myself in the US (it took months!) but, as my brand grows, I'm starting to use a small factory in Romania to make some of my products - at present the Disco Deco collection and Running Wild High Waisted Knicker are the only products that have been manufactured here. All other products have been made by me :)

While the name might seem a little confusing - I sort of love that - it makes you stop and think and conjures up images of magical far-away lands - it’s also based on the poem ‘somewhere I have never travelled, gladly beyond’ by E.E.Cummings.

I love the underlying thread that through the experience of loving another person, you can ignite something in them that nothing or no-one else has ever managed to touch; essentially you have the power to do good and create change by loving others.

• You have 30 days to return the item(s) once you have received them.

• We can only issue a refund for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags and gusset stickers left in place.

• To make a return - please email me at hello@somewherenever.com 

• At this time, we do not pay or refund the shipping cost of returned items.

• Send with a secure service and mark international returns package's contents as 'returned goods' to avoid unnecessary customs & imports charges. We will not pay these charges and the package will be returned to you. 

• Refunds will be processed once the unwanted items are returned to us, providing it meets the returns criteria. 

• For exchanges, please return your item/s to us for a refund and purchase the new piece separately on our website.

• You can track your order once it has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
